By creating an account or accessing the Ampply platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Ampply Technologies Inc. Key highlight: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your resumes, career materials, and candidate records. You can cancel paid subscriptions at any time without fees or cancellation hurdles.
01.Permitted Use & Account Security
Ampply grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our tools solely for managing your career, organizing job applications, simulating ATS compliance, tailoring materials, and practicing interviews.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Ampply.
- Accounts registered by automated "bots" or unauthorized scrapers are strictly prohibited.
02.Acceptable Use & Prohibitions
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that undermines the platform's stability, security, or legal compliance:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source algorithms of Ampply's AST parser or scoring models.
- Circumventing rate limits, API quotas, or authentication boundaries.
- Using Ampply to generate fraudulent or deceitful credentials or misrepresent legal licensing certifications.
- Distributing malicious payloads or script injection attacks through document upload fields.
03.Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all rights, title, and ownership of resumes, cover letters, notes, and interview answers uploaded to or synthesized within your workspace. Ampply makes no intellectual property claims over your career documents.
All platform software, user interface design, logos, brand assets, predictive scoring algorithms, and proprietary datasets are the exclusive intellectual property of Ampply Technologies Inc.
04.Subscriptions, Billing & 1-Click Cancellation
- Starter (Free Tier): Access to core 5-stage tracking and basic ATS audits is provided free of charge with no credit card required.
- Pro Career Pass ($19/month): Billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click directly in your Settings.
- Immediate Cancellation Honoring: Upon cancellation, you retain full access to all Pro features until the conclusion of your current billing period. No future automatic renewals will occur.
- Refund Policy: If you experience technical defects or are unsatisfied during your first 7 days on Pro, contact [email protected] for a prompt full refund.

AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
